Effective Date: October 9, 2026
Last Updated: October 9, 2026
1. Acceptance of These Terms
Welcome to Dirt Bike Society ("Dirt Bike Society," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, communications, and services.
By using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. About Dirt Bike Society
Dirt Bike Society is being developed as a membership community for dirt bike, enduro, dual-sport, and adventure motorcycle riders.
Our website may provide information about planned membership benefits, partner offers, riding resources, original content, events, and other services related to the off-road riding community.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, joining our founding interest list is free, does not constitute a paid membership, and does not obligate you to purchase anything.
3. Membership and Fees
Certain features or benefits may become available through a paid membership in the future.
If paid memberships become available, we will provide separate information regarding pricing, membership duration, renewal, cancellation, refund eligibility, and applicable benefits before you purchase.
Joining an interest list does not guarantee membership availability, founding-member status, or access to any particular benefit.
We reserve the right to modify planned membership offerings before launch. Any paid membership will be subject to the terms presented at the time of purchase.
4. Partner Offers and Discounts
Dirt Bike Society may work with third-party companies, including motorcycle insurance providers, equipment and parts retailers, navigation services, rental companies, travel providers, and local businesses.
Partner offers may be subject to separate eligibility requirements, terms, exclusions, expiration dates, geographic restrictions, and availability.
Unless explicitly confirmed and published by us, references to potential partners, discounts, savings, or benefits describe plans under development and are not promises that an offer is available.
We do not guarantee that every member will qualify for every offer or achieve a particular level of savings.
Third-party products and services are provided by their respective providers. Any transaction, insurance policy, reservation, or purchase you make with a third party is between you and that provider, subject to its terms and policies.
5. Riding, Travel, and Safety Disclaimer
Motorcycling, off-road riding, enduro riding, and adventure travel involve inherent risks, including serious injury, death, property damage, changing trail conditions, mechanical failure, weather, and hazards caused by other people or the environment.
Content, routes, GPX tracks, recommendations, event information, and other resources we may provide are for general informational purposes only. They are not a guarantee that a route is open, legal, safe, accessible, or appropriate for your skill level, motorcycle, or equipment.
You are responsible for assessing conditions, checking applicable laws and land-use restrictions, obtaining required permissions, using appropriate protective equipment, maintaining your motorcycle, and deciding whether to participate in any activity.
Always use your own judgment and follow applicable safety requirements. Do not rely solely on our content or information supplied by other members.
Nothing on our website constitutes professional medical, legal, insurance, or mechanical advice.
6. Events and Community Activities
If we offer rides, meetups, events, or other community activities, additional rules, registration requirements, releases, or event-specific terms may apply.
Participation in motorcycling and outdoor activities carries inherent risks. You are responsible for your own conduct, equipment, decisions, and compliance with applicable laws.
We reserve the right to modify, postpone, cancel, or refuse participation in an event for reasonable operational, safety, or other legitimate reasons, subject to applicable law and any event-specific terms.

9. User Submissions
If you submit feedback, suggestions, or other material to us, you grant us permission to use that material to operate, improve, and develop Dirt Bike Society, without compensation, to the extent permitted by law.
This provision does not transfer ownership of your personal information or grant us unrestricted rights to publish private information about you. We will handle personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Nothing in this section requires you to indemnify us where prohibited by law.
14. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy, available at /privacy.
By using the website, you acknowledge that you have had the opportunity to review that policy.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms as our website, membership offerings, and services evolve. The revised version will be posted on this page with an updated effective date.
Your continued use of the website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law. If you do not agree with a change, you should stop using the affected services.
16. Governing Law

Any legal proceedings will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction as permitted by applicable law.
